Commission paid weekly. Tips paid daily. Why the Book Here is Different Nolensville is a family town and our chairs show it. Dads bringing sons. Kids who've been coming since they needed a booster. They're on a three-to-four week cycle and they keep it. That's what the 70% rebooking number means for you: you're maintaining a book, not rebuilding one every month. And because we're locally owned, the person who signs your check lives here too. Decisions about your schedule, your chair and your pay get made in this town - not escalated to a regional office. What We Cover Front desk team handles booking, phones and check-in - you stay behind the chair Bring your best self and tools. We have you covered on product, laundry, and station supplies. Continuing education with our master barber. Health, dental and vision - eligible at 30 hrs/week after 30 days Retail bonuses - the more product you sell the higher your bonus.
What You Need: Active Tennessee barber or cosmetology license - or graduating and licensed before your start date. New grads welcome. Solid clipper work, fades, beard and color services. 4-5 days a week including some evenings and weekends. Applying Takes About 5 Minutes No resume needed. Name, license, availability - that's it. If it's a fit we'll bring you in for a paid working interview behind a chair.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
