Interim Emergency Department Director - Central California We are seeking a visible and team-oriented Interim Director of the Emergency Department in Central California near Modesto. This role oversees a busy pediatric and adult ED and Primary Stroke Center.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Previous experience as an ED Director in CaliforniaCA RN and previous union experience required
  • Strong clinical foundation with the ability to lead through influence and maintain calm in high-pressure situations.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport with staff and support the leadership team in daily operations.
  • Knowledgeable in patient safety protocols, EMR systems, and nursing workflows in acute care settings.
  • Availability to begin within 2-4 weeks from date of offer and to be on-site in Central California for the duration of the engagement.
