You will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the allocation of our consulting professionals, ensuring they are deployed where their skills and expertise can make the greatest impact. This is an incredible remote opportunity to work for a US-based company. What You'll DoCollaborate with project managers and team leads to understand project requirements and resource needs. Maintain a comprehensive view of the skills, availability, and preferences of consulting professionals. Schedule and allocate resources to projects based on client needs and resource availability. Ensure the efficient and balanced utilization of our consulting team to achieve our purpose and core values. Monitor and adjust resource allocation to meet changing project demands. Track and report on resource utilization, optimizing our impact on clients and communities. Foster a positive and collaborative environment that supports our people and their professional growth, reflecting our core values of honesty and integrity. What You NeedBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Proven experience in resource management, project coordination, or a related role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with various teams. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities. 1-3 years of relevant work experience in resource management or a related field. Dedication to our firm's purpose, core values, and commitment to hard work. Salary & PerksCompetitive Salary. This is a full-time, long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT. Work from home. Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (+/- 1 hour accepted) - PST.
