After you are ramped up (typically around 6 months), attorneys can generally work remotely 1 day per week. Note Must be admitted to the Colorado Bar and have 2+ years of commercial litigation experience (motion practice and discovery are core). Job Description Represent business clients in commercial disputes in state and federal court Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda with strong attention to strategy and detail Manage written discovery, including e discovery, and work through complex document issues Prepare for and take depositions, and collaborate on witness and exhibit development Attend client meetings, communicate clearly, and help drive cases forward proactively Support trial preparation and courtroom advocacy as matters progress Qualifications Colorado Bar admission required 2+ years of commercial litigation experience Comfortable with motion practice, written discovery, depositions, and trial preparation Strong writing, analytical, and problem solving skills Professional, client ready communication style with solid judgment Self starter mindset, you take initiative and keep matters moving Why You Will Love Working Here You will be trusted with real work, supported by a collaborative team, and given room to grow.
