About the role

UNC Health Care is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner to join the Gastroenterology (GI) Medicine Clinic at Eastowne in Chapel Hill. The CPP will provide clinical support, manage short-term follow-up for specialty GI therapies, and lead H. pylori assessment and test-of-cure follow-ups. This role includes teaching and mentorship of pharmacy students and residents, interprofessional collaboration, and quality improvement initiatives within UNC Hospitals GI services.
