About the role

The Lakes-Regional-Community-Center is seeking an IDD Provider Specialist to deliver group and individualized activities within ISS and residential settings, and to provide direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities. You will implement and evaluate therapeutic programs, document services daily, collaborate with care coordinators and families, and participate in the interdisciplinary team to support health, safety, and daily living activities.
