About the role
- Segregating various materials including cardboard, paper, plastic, and aluminum in a fast-paced environment.
- Keeping the plant and areas clean of debris.
- Clean equipment a needed.
- Maintain a reliable attendance record.
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

- Skills and Specifications
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to stand for 8 or more hours with the occasional need to bend or squat.
- Ability to operate in a high speed and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift 75 pounds repeatedly.
- Able to follow instructions as directed by the manager.
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments.
- High School diploma or GED preferredGA/NC/VA driver's license preferred
- Knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions associated with this position.
- Knowledge and experience in an industrial environment.
- OSHA or other related safety training is also an advantage.
- Pay $15.00 to $17.00 based on experience
- Reports to General and/or Plant Manager
