This home-based role with frequent travel across Lincoln, Doncaster, and Norwich involves leading 30+ staff, managing 900–1,000 hours weekly, and ensuring high-quality, person-centred care. You will oversee budgets, regulatory frameworks (CQC Single Assessment Framework), supervise staff, recruit, and develop services while maintaining financial sustainability. A UK driving licence is required.
