Our regional model means predictable routes, familiar lanes, and more time at home. CDL A Truck Driver - Semi Overview Strong earnings, steady lanes. Most full-time Semi drivers earn an estimated $75,000-$92,000 per year*, based on 2026 year-to-date gross earnings annualized, including accessorial, tarp, and trainer pay, with base pay of 64CPM. More pay for longer and wider loads. Earn accessorial pay of 2-17CPM on longer loads or 4-6CPM on wide loads. Tarp pay.$100 per full tarp, $50 per smoke tarp. Pay that grows with your tenure. Earn 1- 6CPM in loyalty pay based on years of service, paid out on each hire anniversary while you're with Leavitt's. Covered when the truck isn't. Breakdown pay of $150 per 24 hours, plus float load pay and trainer pay for qualified trainers. Bring a driver, earn $2,000.$2,000 per hired driver: $500 when your referral starts driving solo, and $1,500 after they complete 90 days with no accidents.
