About the role

We are a locally based developer that specializes in all phases of construction and property management. We are looking for a highly organized and friendly Office Coordinator for our plumbing division to keep the daily office operations and field crew running smoothly.
Duties: Answer Phones & Greet Customers: Be the warm, professional voice of our company, handling incoming client inquiries, booking service calls, and providing status updates. Invoices: Generate and deliver invoices for service work and construction projects to ensure prompt payment and customer satisfaction. Schedule & Dispatch: Coordinate daily service routes and assign jobs to field plumbers. Customer Follow-Up: Make confirmation calls, follow up on pending estimates, and handle post-service satisfaction checks. General Admin Support: Manage office emails, maintain digital files, order office supplies, and assist with basic invoicing or data entry.
Requirements
Experience: 1–3 years of administrative, customer service, or dispatching experience (prior experience in the home services, trade, or construction industry is a huge plus!).Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers, multi-line phone systems, and modern scheduling software.
Communication Skills: Clear, polite phone etiquette and the ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment. Detail-Oriented: Highly organized with great time-management skills.
