About the role

The Chandler Police Department is seeking a Police Commander to oversee a division, plan and supervise staff, and ensure efficient operations. This position reports to the Police Chief or Assistant Chief and has latitude for independent judgment. Minimum qualifications require a Bachelor's degree, at least five years as Lieutenant or higher with a department of 100+ sworn personnel, AZPOST certification, and a valid Arizona driver's license.
