About the role
Transforming workplace experiences, the full-time remote Hospitality Governance Lead will manage amenity services and operations for a Fortune 500 client, develop playbooks and training, and lead a team while ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Key responsibilities
Serve as the subject matter expert for amenity services, providing consultative guidance and aligning strategies with workplace experience goals
Create and maintain comprehensive playbooks and standard operating procedures for amenity services, ensuring global consistency and regional customization
Lead and mentor the HX Hospitality team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in service delivery
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in hospitality, event management, business administration, or related field
10+ years of experience in amenity services, facility management, or hospitality industry
Proven expertise in at least three amenity areas such as mail operations, AV technology, or food service
Experience in developing training programs and standard operating procedures
Strong vendor management skills with a track record of resolving escalations and conducting benchmarking studies
