We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a clerical and administrative support. Your role will involve performing all standard clerical duties, greeting and directing facility visitors, monitoring phones and voicemail, handling mail and shipments, maintaining inventory and cleanliness, and managing administrative tasks. To be considered for this role, you should have a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of experience in the treatment industry, and proficiency in KIPU, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Microsoft Teams. Strong documentation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential for this position.
