Senior Content Strategist We are seeking a Senior Content Strategist to join our Content Strategy and Planning team within Global Marketing. In this strategic role, you'll shape and deliver content strategies that supports the full customer journey—from early awareness to post-purchase engagement—while driving measurable outcomes for our Integrated Marketing Programs and website. You'll collaborate across key functional teams including the Integrated Marketing Programs, Digital Experiences, Core Content Production, Product Marketing, and Omnichannel Activation to craft compelling content strategies and plans that meet business goals, support customer needs, and enhance the customer experience across digital touchpoints. Key responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for our end-to-end customer journeys and demand generation programs. Translate customer journey insights into actionable content plans that guide customers through each stage of the lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to curate, source, and refine a variety of assets, including blogs, videos, case studies, white papers, eBooks, infographics, and more. Partner with channel leads to determine content placement and promotion strategies across digital ecosystems. Use data and performance metrics to measure effectiveness, inform optimization, and scale high-performing content. Understanding of the generative AI landscape and identifying opportunities to use AI in the content strategy and content production disciplines to unlock breakthrough scale. Conduct content audits and oversee publishing within content management and project management systems. Manage content localization efforts to ensure consistent global messaging. Contribute to content budget planning, maintaining forecasts and tracking within 2% of allocated spend. Experience & Key skills:Bachelor's degree, MBA is an asset 6+ years of B2B, high-tech marketing experience 4+ years of digital & content marketing experience and well-versed in best practices, including familiarity with customer journey mapping Strong written & verbal communication skills Strong collaboration and leadership skills Must be proficient in marketing promotion strategies and have developed marketing promotion plans and executed demand generation programs Must be able to understand, critique and give feedback on content design and delivery methods. Must have working familiarity with multiple digital demand channels and their applicability within a demand generating promotion plan Knowledge of SAP technology such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Applications is an asset
