The Role:
We’re looking for a Production Manager who can join the project in the coming months and help us move the production toward its premiere and touring. Experience with theater booking, touring, venue outreach, producing, or presenter relationships is especially appreciated. As we move closer to production, the Production Manager will also help coordinate the logistics necessary to bring the show to different venues, communicate with presenters and collaborators, keep track of schedules and production needs, and help ensure that the touring process stays organized. We’re Looking for Someone Who Has experience in production management, producing, theater administration, booking, touring, or venue/presenter outreach. Someone who is highly organized, communicative, reliable, proactive, and comfortable keeping track of many moving pieces. Experience helping book theater productions or develop touring opportunities is a major plus.

Flexible Timeline: Fall 2026 through Spring 2027, with the possibility of continuing with touring
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
