Applicants for the CRO position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree strongly preferred, and at least 15 years of senior leadership experience in risk management, compliance, or governance within financial services or fintech. Deep expertise in alternative investments, regulatory treatment, and product structure is essential, as is a proven track record of regulatory compliance in highly regulated environments. The role requires strong knowledge of U.S. securities regulation and familiarity with international frameworks, as well as experience in leading and scaling specialized global teams.
