About the role

UT Health San Antonio seeks an Orthotic and Prosthetic Clinical Technician Lead to supervise the fabrication and repair of orthoses and prostheses under the direction of the Manager. You will guide the O&P staff on fabrication timelines and processes. Requires seven years in an Orthotic/Prosthetic Lab with supervisory experience, and strong expertise in lab equipment, CAD/CAM, thermoforming, and a collaborative leadership style to improve workflows and patient outcomes.
