About the role

Join our team as a Senior Software Developer and quickly grow into a Technical Lead. You will stay hands-on in the code while owning the architecture, roadmap, and ultimate success of client projects—ranging from enterprise CMS platforms to web apps and AI builds for pharma and life sciences brands.
What You'll Do: Translate client needs into technical plans, decide what gets built and when, and own the final outcome—not just the code. Develop across APIs and web apps using TypeScript, Node.js, React, and AWS. Integrate with enterprise systems like Magnolia (CMS) and Veeva. Leverage AI agents to accelerate development, reviewing their output with the same rigor as human code. Guide a distributed team of developers across time zones, review code, and write clear, actionable documentation to minimize meetings. Work directly with clients and internal stakeholders, explaining technical concepts clearly and in plain language. Own monitoring, incident response, and root-cause fixes. What You Bring 5+ years of full-stack development, ex: TypeScript, Node.js, and React (or a comparable modern front-end framework).Hands-on AWS experience (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, or similar).Database & API skills: Solid grasp of relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), REST API design, CI/CD, and security best practices.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
