Location: Blaine, MN Hours: 1st Shift: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, Monday – Friday 2nd Shift: 3:30 am – 2:00 am, Monday – Friday Wage: Level A Assembler: $22.53 – $28.14/hr. Level B Assembler: $18.75 – $24.59/hr. Benefits of the assembler: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance coverage 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match Climate-controlled, clean, and stable shop environment Clear opportunities for advancement and cross-training Fun company culture with regular parties and events Duties of the assembler: Assemble complex aerospace components using blueprints, bills of materials, hand tools, and precision equipment Inspect individual and team workmanship to ensure strict quality standards, working alongside engineers and source inspectors Complete component, electrical, and final assembly operations while utilizing sealants, solvents, and specialty tools Maintain an organized workspace following 5S, safety, and Lean manufacturing initiatives to eliminate production waste Requirements of the assembler: High School Diploma or GED equivalent Minimum of 2 years of aerospace assembly experience Intermediate knowledge of blueprints, engineering drawings, basic math, and unit conversions Experience using precision tools including micrometers, calipers, torque wrenches, crimpers, and power tools Meet ITAR compliance requirements Additional information: Apply today!
