Pengate Handling Systems is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Warranty Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing product warranty claims from start to finish. You'll work closely with our Service Managers, technicians, manufacturers, distributors, and vendors to ensure warranty claims are accurate, properly documented, and completed in a timely manner.
What You'll Do:
Prepare, process, track, and manage warranty claims from submission through resolution.
Review warranty documentation to ensure all manufacturer and distributor requirements are met.
Research warranty labor codes and accurately enter information into company systems.
Follow up on outstanding claims, pending authorizations, and required
rejected claims, identify necessary corrections, and resubmit them in a timely manner.
Communicate regularly with Branch Managers, Service Managers, and technicians regarding warranty status and outstanding items.
Coordinate with manufacturers, distributors, vendors, and suppliers to resolve warranty-related questions or issues.
Maintain accurate and organized warranty records and supporting
and maintain strong working relationships with manufacturers and vendors.
Help ensure warranty processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
Assist with additional administrative or service-related responsibilities as needed.

Experience working with CRM, ERP, service, warranty, or similar computer systems preferred.
Commitment to maintaining safe and professional work practices.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.1–2 years of warranty administration, service administration, claims processing, or related experience preferred.
- Experience within the material handling, automotive, heavy equipment, industrial equipment, or service industry is a plus.
- Previous leadership or team coordination experience is a plus.
