Location: Bellevue, WA 98004
Salary: $105,000–$115,000 + bonus We’re seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high-end jewelry boutique in Bellevue. This role is ideal for a polished, commercially driven retail leader with a strong background in luxury jewelry, clienteling, and team development.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily store operations, sales performance, and business results. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team. Drive sales through clienteling, relationship building, and exceptional customer service. Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients. Oversee inventory, visual merchandising, and operational standards. Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to achieve goals. Maintain a polished, elevated customer experience and strong brand presence.
Qualifications: Previous General Manager or Store Manager experience in high-end jewelry or luxury retail. Proven track record of driving sales and exceeding business goals. Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills. Experience leading, coaching, and developing a retail team. Excellent communication, organizational, and operational skills. Polished presentation with a strong understanding of luxury clientele.
