We are looking for a Sr. Management Analyst in San Diego, California.Conducts advanced organizational analyses and advises leadership on improving processes, policy, and program performance. Leads development of procedures, data models, metrics, configuration control frameworks, and process improvements. Oversees reviews, briefings, change packages, and compliance evaluations. Guides junior staff, resolves complex analytical issues, and supports enterprise-level strategy, alignment, and reporting.ResponsibilitiesConduct organizational studies and develop recommendations for process improvement.Evaluate compliance with policy, contract, and mission requirements.Develop and maintain acquisition and configuration management documentation.Support high-level briefings, reports, and strategic initiatives.Apply best practices in change management and performance evaluation.RequirementsBachelor's degree in business, public administration, or related field.10+ years of analytical experience in defense or aerospace environments.Strong data interpretation and communication skills.Must possess an active Secret Clearance - RequiredThis contractor and subcontractor shall abide by the requirements of 41 CFR 60-1.4(a), 60-300.5(a) and 60-741.5(a).
