About the role

HTS Engineering Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to lead the development of conceptual budgets, detailed estimates, and bid proposals for HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems in commercial and industrial projects. You will perform quantity takeoffs, analyze labor and material costs, review drawings and specs, and coordinate with project teams to identify risks and cost-saving opportunities. A strong emphasis on accuracy and data-driven decision-making will be essential.
