About the role
A Better Way Psychiatry & TMS is seeking a Medical Assistant to support providers in delivering Spravato (esketamine) treatments and to ensure patient safety and comfort throughout sessions. The ideal candidate has experience in a clinical setting, strong independent work skills, excellent patient care and communication abilities, and proficiency with EMR systems, Microsoft Word and Excel. They will maintain confidentiality and coordinate with the care team daily.
