Search Solution Group is seeking a Team Lead, Talent Acquisition on behalf of our client, a leading organization seeking an experienced recruiting professional to provide hands‑on corporate recruiting support while helping lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team. This player‑coach role combines full-cycle recruiting with team mentorship, recruiting strategy, process improvement, metrics and analytics, and cross‑functional partnership.
