Coordinator, Commerce & Biddable Media - Remote
Overview: The Coordinator, Commerce & Biddable Media supports the execution and optimization of Retail Media Network (RMN) and biddable media campaigns across a diverse client portfolio. This role is responsible for campaign trafficking, budget management, reporting, partner communication, and performance analysis while contributing to media strategy development and recommendations. This position is ideal for an early-career media professional who is curious, detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about digital advertising, emerging technologies, and the evolving media landscape.
What You'll Do: Support the development of RMN and biddable media strategies and recommendations. Execute, manage, monitor, and optimize media campaigns. Manage campaign budgets, reporting, billing, and performance tracking. Coordinate communication with media partners and stay current on opportunities and platform enhancements. Support invoicing and reconciliation processes. Manage campaign trafficking and quality assurance. Conduct industry, competitive, and marketplace research. Assist in the development of client presentations and strategic recommendations. Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimizations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.0 to 2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, digital media, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Previous experience in digital marketing, media, or advertising preferred.
  • Trade Desk Certification preferred.
