About the role
Driving enhancements in player engagement, the full-time Manager, Loyalty Program Operations will analyze loyalty program performance and connect insights to business strategies while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of loyalty program mechanics and serve as a resource for program-related inquiries
Track and report on key performance indicators related to player engagement and program effectiveness in collaboration with the Analytics team
Coordinate the execution of loyalty program enhancements, including operational requirements and cross-functional collaboration
Required qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in loyalty programs, rewards, or consumer analytics
Proficiency in SQL with strong analytical skills to validate and interpret complex data
Understanding of loyalty program economics and performance measurement
Experience utilizing AI tools and automation for analytical and operational efficiency
Strong operational judgment with the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable requirements
