About the role

The Department of Social Services (DSS) – part of the NYC HRA/DHS, is recruiting for a Principal Administrative Associate II to serve as a Medicaid Consultant within the Medicaid Eligibility Unit. You will interpret Medicaid policies for cases across CASA offices, MLTC programs, and other HCSP components, and supervise the Medicaid Eligibility Team Supervisors to ensure compliant processing. Hours are 9am–5pm (FLEX).
