About the role
Processing and organizing case files and documentation.•Performing data entry and records management functions.•Scanning, filing, and maintaining electronic and paper records.•Assisting with correspondence, mail distribution, and document preparation.•Supporting scheduling, tracking, and other routine administrative activities.•Answering and directing telephone calls from respondents, attorneys, complainants, and other parties•Assisting supervisors and investigators in their daily tasks.
Preferred Skills:
•Experience handling confidential materials would be extremely beneficial.•Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with office equipment (scanners, copiers, fax machines), and proficient typing skills are preferable. Minimum education qualification:•High School Diploma or equivalent Misc. Information:•Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm.•There are parking garages in the area for approximately $20 a day, staff pay for their own parking if they choose to park in a garage as company do not provide parking•Location is close to major subways / buses at Atlantic terminal•Interview will be conducted in person.•Training will be provided.
