About the role

Offering a full-time remote opportunity, the Flex Associate Health Coach will utilize behavior change expertise to deliver impactful coaching through telehealth video visits and in-app messaging, supporting members' health goals across various health domains.

Key responsibilities: Deliver goal-driven coaching through video visits and personalized messaging to support members' health goals Leverage technology to make strategic coaching decisions that drive member outcomes Collaborate with the care team to ensure a seamless member experience and accurately document coaching interactionsRequired qualificationsNBHWC Board Certification and professional Health Coach training from an accredited program 2+ years of experience in health coaching with a focus on behavior change or chronic disease management Experience managing large caseloads effectively Ability to deliver telehealth services in a private, professional space with reliable internet connectivity Current residency in specified states within the United States
