About the role

Community-Minded Dance (CMDance) is seeking a Strategic Fractional Marketing Director to steer our brand and development roadmap. This leadership role focuses on donor growth, securing corporate sponsorships, and cultivating broad community support to sustain arts education for 10,000+ Colorado students.You will guide our in-house team, lead high-impact campaigns, and architect strategies that align with our 25-year mission. This part-time, on-site/hybrid role is based in Denver, CO.
