Relationship Banker

What You'll Do: You'll be the friendly, knowledgeable face customers rely on for everyday banking and long?term financial guidance. Build customer relationships by listening, recommending solutions, and supporting financial goals. Originate consumer loans and guide borrowers through applications, approvals, and closing. Open and maintain deposit accounts including checking, savings, IRAs, and safe deposit boxes. Serve as a branch point of contact by greeting customers, answering questions, and directing inquiries. Process teller transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers.

Qualifications: You enjoy connecting with people, solving problems, and creating positive experiences. Customer?focused mindset with a genuine desire to help others. Strong communication skills and comfort working with diverse customers. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks accurately. Technical proficiency with digital banking tools and computer systems. Professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
