About the role

Symbotic is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to lead the Fleet Orchestration team. You will own major components, drive architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and remain hands-on while delivering high-impact distributed systems. The role requires 12+ years of experience, expertise in event-driven architectures, and collaboration across robotics, controls, and infrastructure teams. Hybrid work with travel may be required.
