About the role
Seeking a fully remote RV/Specialty Appraiser located within the Eastern Time Zone, who will assess damages for RVs, motorcycles, and commercial vehicles, utilizing expertise in writing estimates from photos and remote inspections.
Key responsibilities:
Create or audit estimates of damages on 1st and 3rd party material damage losses of all severities
Negotiate settlements, make settlement payments, and document all activities in complex files across multiple lines
Build and maintain relationships with both internal and external customers across various lines of insurance Required qualifications 2 or more years of experience in estimating damages for vehicles (preferred)
Advanced expertise in writing estimates from photos and remote inspections
Familiarity with estimating platforms such as CCC or Duncan (RV) is a plus
Strong understanding of vehicle structures and repair processes
Willingness to obtain a license during training if not already licensed
