Location: Botkins, OH Shift: 1st Shift & 2nd Shift Pay: $20.00 - $22.00/hour Overtime: As needed
Job Summary: Express Employment is seeking dependable Press Operators for a manufacturing facility in Botkins, OH. In this role, you will operate and monitor industrial presses to produce high-quality rubber products while maintaining production, quality, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor industrial presses to manufacture finished rubber products Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet established specifications Maintain accurate production records and documentation Work with team members to improve production processes and efficiency Follow all safety procedures and environmental regulations Maintain a clean and organized work area
Required Qualifications: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing setting Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
