You'll be joining an established Internal Medicine group with longtime physicians who have cared for the community for years. As they transition toward retirement, we're actively recruiting physicians who can build relationships with our existing patient population and help the practice grow for years to come. The current population is predominantly older adults, making this an especially attractive opportunity for physicians who enjoy adult medicine, chronic disease management, complex care, or Geriatrics. The incoming physician will also have a voice in the practice's future direction and how resources are developed to support its growing Medicare population. Why Western Ohio? The area offers: Family-friendly communities More affordable housing and cost of living than many major metro areas Easy access to Dayton Convenient access to Columbus and Cincinnati Less congestion and an easier daily commute A strong sense of community Access to larger-city dining, entertainment, airports, and amenities without needing to live in the middle of a major metro Whether you're an experienced physician looking for a better quality of life or completing training and looking for a place to build your career, this opportunity offers the flexibility, support, and long-term stability to make it your own.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
