About the role

Farm Job Search in Carter, Montana is looking for an Assistant Farm Manager / Equipment Operator to join our family farm. The successful candidate will operate and maintain large-scale equipment, primarily focused on grain production, in a supportive team environment. Housing is provided along with a competitive salary based on experience. Candidates should have a passion for agriculture, and training will be on-the-job. Experience operating trucks and GPS-guided tractors is preferred.
