Job Summary: We are seeking a dependable Assembler for a contract opportunity in La Vergne, TN. This role is ideal for candidates with assembly, production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience who enjoy hands-on work in a structured, team-oriented environment. As an Assembler, you will help assemble, fabricate, package, and prepare products while following established work instructions and safety standards. This position offers consistent weekday hours, steady full-time work, and the opportunity to contribute to daily production goals as part of a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities: Assemble, fabricate, and package products according to work instructions. Perform manual and light mechanical assembly tasks in a production setting. Operate assembly equipment and rotate between assigned production tasks. Follow safety procedures, quality standards, and verbal or written instructions. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets.
Compensation and Benefits
Pay: $16 per hour.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
Hours: 40 hours per week.
Type: 1-year contract with possible extension.
