About the role

Killdeer Mountain Manufacturing, Inc. seeks a Quality Team Lead – Night Shift to steer on-floor QA and ensure builds meet customer expectations and aerospace standards. You will coach inspectors, maintain documentation, and drive process improvements to protect profitability and delivery. You’ll interpret specs, manage FAI to AS9102, escalate issues, lead root-cause analyses, and collaborate with Production, Engineering, Program, and customers to keep quality at the highest level during night
