Senior Computer Scientist (OBI Analytic Efficiency Enablement) - OBIQUA

Overview In this role you will advance DIA’s OBI initiatives by developing and operationalizing AI/ML and data-science solutions that enable rapid, tradecraft‑compliant analysis across large data sets. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate technical findings into actionable intelligence and MVPs that scale within enterprise AI capabilities. You will drive TEVV, governance, and knowledge modeling while shaping analytics tradecraft. Compensation / Benefitscompany-paid dental insurancecompany-paid health insurancelife insurancedisability coverage 401(k) with company matchingpaid holidays and personal time off Responsibilities Apply advanced mathematics, AI, ML, and data methods to derive trends and visual narratives from intelligence data Develop and integrate ML and data mining algorithms, including MIMOSA-based approaches, for open-source enabled discovery Evaluate data storage, processing, and network constraints to optimize performance Support predictive analytics, social media/crowd data analytics, wargaming, and strategy development Produce documentation of methods and findings; ensure OBI documentation meets tradecraft standards Collaborate on semantic data retrieval across knowledge graphs using GraphQL, SPARQL, SHACL, SQLCreate, edit, and share MVPs and capability updates with stakeholders and transition plans Design TEVV protocols to test AI systems, analyze results, and implement improvements Maintain repositories of audit findings and best practices; contribute to training and knowledge sharing Provide guidance on responsible AI, bias detection, and prompt fairness; ensure security policies are followed Key requirements Minimum 12 years experience with a master's degree or 17 years with a bachelor's degree in a related field At least 8 years experience in AI implementation, with advanced degree in CS/Data Science or related field Expertise in AI algorithms, model development, TEVV, and operationalization Ability to work independently with minimal oversight Active TS/SCI clearance within the past 5 yearsindependent work stylecollaboration across multidisciplinary teamsclear communication of technical conceptsAI algorithms and model developmentTEVV (Testing, Evaluation, Verification, and Validation)data mining, data engineering, data warehousing
