Hospital Privileges Required: Yes Credentialing Timeline: 30-60 daysREQUIRED PROCEDURES Rounding, acute NICU care, delivery attendance, procedures based on experience JOB REQUIREMENTS Board: APRN national specialty certification required Licenses: Active FL state license (not accepting IMLC due to credentialing timeline)
Certifications: APRN national specialty certification required
Experience: Minimum of a Master's Degree in Nursing; must have been clinically active within the past 1 year; clean background and no malpractice history
Other Qualifications: Must be available for holiday coverage; CV must be in MM/YYYY format with all gaps explained; prescreening questionnaire required Duties & Responsibilities Provide 24/7 in-house NNP coverage including rounding and acute NICU care Attend deliveries and manage neonatal emergencies in a Level III NICU Perform procedures based on experience and clinical competency Collaborate with neonatologists and subspecialists in a team-oriented environment Manage an average daily census of 19 with strong physician support
