What You'll Be Doing:
- Support onsite sales teams with daily operations
- Welcome prospective buyers visiting the community
- Build rapport and identify customer housing needs
- Gather visitor information and maintain follow-up records
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the homebuying experience
- Assist with model home and sales office operations
- Maintain a polished and professional customer experience
- What It Takes to Succeed
- Active California Real Estate License
- Willingness to transfer license to the JWilliams Staffing brokerage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation and customer-focused mindset
- Reliable transportation
- Team-oriented attitude
- Desire to grow within the real estate and homebuilding industry
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout sales offices and model homes
- Ability to tour communities and assist prospective buyers onsite
- Ability to use computers and office equipment for extended periods
