Responsibilities: Set up and operate FANUC lathes to produce high-quality components. Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to specifications. Collaborate with engineering to optimize machining processes. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during the setup and operation. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety standards. Document setup processes and maintain accurate production records. Train and mentor junior staff on FANUC lathe operations. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
Requirements: Proven experience in setting up and operating FANUC lathes. Strong understanding of machining principles and tooling. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with quality control processes and inspection techniques. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team. High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred. Commitment to safety and quality standards in machining operations.
