About the role

H5 Data Centers, LLC is seeking a Data Center Support Technician to oversee physical security, access control, and surveillance while serving as the primary contact for customers via phone, email, and portal. You will monitor building management systems, fire, power and cooling, and coordinate incident response, vendor dispatch, and escalation to ensure service continuity. Shift work including weekends and holidays is required.
