About the role

Senior forward‐deployed engineer on X‐energy's APEX platform team, bridging platform development and stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing, regulatory, and operations as the company pushes to become an 'AI‐first' nuclear org. You architect and ship agentic AI workflows and full‐stack tooling (React, TypeScript, Tailwind, Vite front end; AWS Lambda/ECS/DynamoDB back end; LangChain/LangGraph/Bedrock), drive enterprise adoption through training, office hours, demos and roadshows, own roadmap intake and prioritization, and integrate APEX with systems like Workday, Deltek, and Primavera P6. 3 days/week in office in Gaithersburg, MD; up to 5% travel. Salary range $195,000–$220,000 base.
