Schedule: 11pm-3am Sat & Sun At New Haven, we're not just a residential treatment center; we're a dedicated haven for adolescent girls aged 14 to 18 and their families. Our forte lies in tackling intricate challenges such as traumatic stress, family dynamics, relationship hurdles, mental health nuances, and much more – all while maintaining an unwavering focus on family-centered healing. Responsibilities: Ensure the safety and well-being of students during traditional sleeping hours, staying awake and alert throughout the entire shift. Conduct bed checks every 15 minutes to monitor student safety and address any immediate needs or concerns. Assist students who may be ill or experiencing difficulties, providing necessary support and care. Observe and accurately document student behavior, contributing to their care and overall progress. Complete daily assignments during each shift, ensuring that all responsibilities are met effectively. Take on specialized assignments from the Supervisor as required to support the team and students. Work collaboratively with Day Staff to ensure seamless transitions between shifts, maintaining a cohesive and supportive environment for our students.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 21 years old or older Current driver's license and a good driving record Ability to pass a Utah State background check
