About the role

MRG Exams is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to perform focused, in-person disability assessments for U.S. Veterans as part of the VA disability benefits process. The role emphasizes reviewing medical records electronically, documenting findings, and providing medical opinions with no treatment or prescribing duties. Schedule is Monday–Friday, on-site in Litchfield, IL, with a 3–5 Veteran caseload daily.
