Senior Technical Lead – SAP HCM US Payroll

Location: Remote (Occasional travel to Jackson, MI may be required)

Experience Required: 7+ Years Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Engineering, or related field Role We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM US Payroll Senior Technical Lead to join a dynamic team supporting and enhancing enterprise HR and Payroll solutions. This role requires a strong technical background in SAP HCM and the ability to lead complex implementations, support activities, and business process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Support and enhance SAP HCM modules including: Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Benefits, US Payroll, Time Management
Configure and customize SAP HCM modules to meet evolving business requirements.
Design and optimize organizational structures, enterprise structures, payroll configurations, and time management policies.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Support workflow automation and HR process improvements.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company HR policies.
Manage integrations between SAP HCM and third-party applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payroll processing, benefits administration, time evaluation, time recording, and shift scheduling.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and support teams.
Drive best practices, code reviews, quality assurance, and performance optimization initiatives.
Lead technical discussions, solution reviews, effort estimations, and feasibility assessments.

Required Skills & Experience:

7+ years of hands-on SAP HCM experience
Strong experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA HCMExpertise in:-SAP HCM US Payroll-Payroll Schemas-Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs)-Time Evaluation-Personnel Administration (PA)-Organizational Management (OM)-Benefits Administration-Time Management
Strong understanding of HR processes and business rules
Experience supporting custom SAP HCM solutions and enhancements
Experience with payroll implementations, support, and optimization
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred QualificationsSAP HCM Certification
Experience with HR workflow automation
Experience integrating SAP HCM with third-party applications
