DUAL North America, Inc. is seeking a Senior Underwriter to lead the Transactional Risk division in New York. You will shape underwriting framework, manage submissions, and guide brokers through M&A representations and warranties insurance in a fast-paced deal-driven environment. The role requires 8–15 years in M&A or underwriting, strong negotiation and risk assessment skills, and the ability to mentor junior staff while building broker relationships.
