The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring sustainable access to the product for patients, providers, and payers, with a focus on demonstrating strong clinical and economic value. This role requires a strategic leader who can build and maintain a robust reimbursement infrastructure, execute a proactive contracting strategy, and manage financial stewardship in alignment with corporate objectives. The Vice President, Market Access will also be a key partner in shaping the broader commercial strategy, contributing to new product planning, and providing market access perspectives to inform business development opportunities. Candidates for this role should have a Bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 15 years of commercial experience in the life sciences industry, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. Extensive expertise and strong relationships with key decision-makers in the payer landscape are essential, as is experience with Medicaid policy and reimbursement frameworks. The role demands a professional with strong analytical, strategic, and cross-functional leadership skills, who can ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and foster a culture of integrity and ethical leadership.
